The development is situated in Plains Road, Mapperley, an established residential area within
walking distance of Mapperley town centre, and approximately three miles north of Nottingham
city centre. The nearest railway station is Nottingham, the journey to London St Pancras taking
two hours. The M1 (Junction 26) is a few miles to the west and provides easy access to East
Midlands airport as well as the rest of the national motorway network. Nottingham is some 120
miles from London and approximately 50 miles from Birmingham.
